I have Visual Studio Team Suite Edition and Team Explorer with installed, I have also applied SP1.

My guess is that this will be caused by problems with the COM interop definitions for IOleCommandTarget and/or IObjectWithSite that I have used. These are the interfaces that IE uses to communicate with addins. Unfortunately I don't have access to a 64 bit machine to test and debug this problem. I’ve re-read through the code for these interface but couldn’t see anything glaringly wrong. To fix this I’m going to need to find a repro machine and spend some time in WinDbg – not sure that I’m going to be able to do this anytime soon :-(

I have seen this exact behavior on Vista Ultimate, 32 bit, running IE7. What other info can I provide that will assist?

Thank you.
